PLACING YOUR ORDER:
Customizing your wedding accessories starts with a visit to my shop for a personalized one-on-one appointment. This appointment time is just for the Bride to experience the Marti & Company collection of designs and embellishments. When the Bride decides on her design and trims, the meticulous process of making her veil and other accessories begin. An order can take as little as 2 weeks up to 12 weeks, depending upon the design chosen and the availability of materials.
WHAT SETS MY DESIGNS APART?
Twice a year, I travel to the finest millinery and fabric shops in the US and every other year to Paris or London to personally select the luxurious, opulent, and high-quality materials that I use in my designs. This is compared to other designers that may use less expensive embellishments from craft chain stores. It is your wedding day, so only the best will do!
Your custom order is made specifically for you, so I cannot accept returns or exchanges for a custom design. If questions come up I'm happy to answer them and or send photos of the design and chosen embellishments.
Sizing and Measurement
Standard birdcage veils:
Measure with a nonstretch measuring tape, the width of your head at the widest point, and list this measurement in inches on the order form.
For all other veils:
Measure from the back of your head where you want the veil comb attached to your hairstyle to the point on your body where you want the veil to end. An example, for a fingertip veil measure from where the veil will be attached to your hairstyle to the end of your fingertips. Of note, a cathedral veil usually ends 6+ inches beyond the train of your gown. Then list this measurement in inches in the Note to Seller box for Etsy and in an email for all other orders.
For Wedding Garter Sets:

It's easy! Measure around your leg with a nonstretch measuring tape where you want to wear the garter and record this measurement in inches in the Note to Seller box for Etsy and in an email for all other orders.
Buying for a friend?

Marti & Company is an artisan business and is open by appointment:
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 10 - 5:30 and Saturday, 10 - 4:00. Other days and times are usually available, email to check for open appointment times.
All orders are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Services. Couture & Custom orders purchased from my Etsy Shop will be mailed via Etsy shipping. An exact shipping price will be emailed after the order is received. Upon request, other forms of shipment may also be available.
Buying a custom design for a friend? We'd love to add the extra touch by sending your gift in a gift box or by wrapping your gift. There's is a small additional fee for a gift box or gift wrapping. A free gift tag is included with the purchase of gift wrap or a gift box.
We accept all major credit cards. Payments may be made over the phone, however, all orders must be submitted by email, mail or in person. Payment in full is required for all web-based orders and 50% deposit for in-person orders.
